Got my uncle to weld up a hole in a spare oil pan, now a threaded fitting can be used to screw into the pan and have a hose fitting attached for a drain line froma Vortech, if not used it can be plugged as shown. Only reason we did this was cause the hole orginally used for the vortech return line fitting was stripped.

Sprout, on my sc pan we used the oil level sender, drilled it out. Tapped the threads and then put in the 90* fitting. Just had to get a longer return hose for the vortech. Looks Super clean, but I deleted my AC so I don't know how much of a problem it would be if I had kept it.

thats the return line for the vortech, not the drain plug for the pan.

062stang - I won't cage my car, a cage is not a great idea for a street car, if you ever smash you head off the bar, its really gonna hurt. I won't do it for the safety issue. A minor accident coudl be fatel with a blow to the head. So one 11 sec pass and my track days are over, or lower boost :)
