So my dad bought a dremmel tool kit today and i decided to pull the intake manifold off and do some port matching.

So i got everythign disconnected, intake is loose, all but one hose.

The hose from the break booster black round cylinder thing (dont know the technical name for it) its made by bosch

Well any how the hose connects to the intake manifold on the driver side and has a clamp

should i disconnect it from the intake manifold and remove the clamp, or pull it out of the booster.

It looks as if its easier to pull it out of the booster but i dont want to break anything. Please help

is a bit of grit build up normal on the runners in the manifold?

i can rubb my finger in there and get what appears to be dirt dirt.

i think i no longer like k&n air filters if that is the case

Yes there will be some crap in there. When you're done make sure to wash out that intake real good and make sure to drain what ever you use to wash it out with too, mineral spirits works good. You should have just removed the clamp and pulled the hose off the intake.

whats the little sensor that bolts on to the intake by the TB? its like a metal housing that fills a hole, i am going to remove it when i wash out the intake b/c i dont want it to get dirty.

if i bi-pass the pcv system from the intake manifold and get air filters for it instead, would that reduce the residue build up in the intake manifold?

Most of the crap is from either the EGR system or the back pulse through the intake valve, so no deleteing the PCV won't help that. It's just normal to get a little crud in there so don't worry about it.

What sensor are you talking about? Got a pic?

If it's metal sounds like the IAC.

If it's metal sounds like the IAC.

That's what I was "sort" of thinking, but the way he described it doesn't really make any sence to me.....
