the heads will work with any mustang block, the crank has one different size bearing journal, it can be made to work in a mustang block as well, but its not a direct fit, you need to get one different sized crank bearing. Supercoupes came with forged pistons as did the 94-95 mustangs, not the best forged pistons but they are decent. The pistons and rods you use will be decide don what stroke you want, the rod journals ont he SC and Mustang cranks are the same I believe so no need to differentiate between the two.

You can use a SC crank in a NA block....... One way is to have it turned 10 under except the REAR journal ...have that micro polished as it is already 10 under. Then you can use 10 under bearings in your NA block. BUT........ The SC crank is nuetral balanced, so you will need to use a nuetral balanced dampener and flywheel/flexplate. The SC heads are a direct bolt on and are better than the NA heads, as they have fewer water passages. As for the head gaskets I am using SC head gaskets with the SC heads because they match the reduced water passages of the SC heads.

Didn't 96+ have fewer water passages then even the SC heads.
