Hey guys just wondering if there is any difference between the Cobra injector clips and the Singleport injector clips? I went to install my cobra injectors on the weekend and had a hell of a time getting that clip on, the injector seems like it dosent go down far enough in the rail. I compared the cobra injector to the injector that came off the singleport and I dont see any reall differences except the stock injectors have 2 slots and the cobra injector has one. So is the cobra injector different, maybe longer :whoknows:
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Standing up the two injectors (Singleport and Cobra) next to eachother, are the physical heights the same? What about the height of the groves for the clips?

having trouble sticking the injector far enough in? if it is not, sometimes it can be really tough to seat right. Some silicon spray to lube up the o-rings helps wonders.

I did put them side by side and the cobra injector is alittle longer (not much tho), and the slot i pulled the clip out of the singleport injector is slightly lower than the cobra injector, I didnt think it was enough to make a difference, but maybe I'm wrong. Thats why I was wondering if the cobra clips were slightly longer to fit in the slot. I even tried with silicon spray and vaseline, still no luck
Look inside each of the fuel rail cups to make sure one of the injector O-rings didn't come off and stick inside the cup.

Well went back at it again today, turns out the injector cup is to shallow for the injector to sit all the way down. I tried the cobra injector in a splitport rail and it fit like a glove, so it looks like I'll have to hang on to these untill the winter when I do my splitport swap. Thanks for all the suggestions guys I appreciate the help
