I have 1999 automatic stang. I really want to improve the shifts of my aode. Which type of shift kit should I get. Should I get an electronic type or one that changes the valve body and stuff. I want whatever is going to give me the fastest shifts. Any help on the matter would be appriciated.

You really need valve body modifications. I wouldn't trust any of the electronic
shift units out there except tweaking by fordchip, and even then only because
it's Jerry doing the tuning. Even then, you still need the vavle body mods.
