My buddy has a maxima and a 350Z and he's tuned them both VERY heavily. He says that Redline tranny fluid MT90 is like getting a whole new tranny.
I was wondering what fluid is recommended for our cars and whether it's definitely worth it.
Thanks :)

gm syncromesh kicks ass for my 5spd. tri-ax is very notchy, but the syncromesh actually made it pretty fuggin smooth.

I have mobil one ATF in mine, works fine. I find the Pro5.0 notchy, sometimes this pisses me off, if I miss third :banghead:
