Default question about tom morana 4.0 parts.

he has SOHC camshafts
Application: ANY FORD 4.0L V6 SOHC engines
.262" stock lift
longer duration
will that work on a 2008 4.0 v6?
only reason i asked i got camshafts from summit racing and they said it would be fine with my v6. and i find out from my mechanic they wont work.

and if these do work. will i need other new parts to make it happen?

Thank you

Matt

Call Morana and ask them. They are selling they parts, they should be able to answer you question.

What reason did your mechanic say they won't work? Most mechanics don't do custom work and don't know what needs to be done to make after market speed parts work.
