To date the car has run a 14.72@ 96 on bone stock tires, with boltons and gears, shortly there after the power bug bit and i decided to step things up by buying a nitrous kit. After the initial install the car clicked off a few high 13 second passes, but after going back to the track time and time again it was time for some more conisderation. After a few suspension mods and slicks the car ran a 12.64@106.95

Here is the modification list, lots of parts have been borrowed from other vehicles exhibiting ford's immense use of the parts bin. Parts highlighted in red have yet to be installed.

power mods:
Vortech V1 S-trim (3.6" pulley @ 9lbs)
3.33" pulley
Vortech Intercooler reservoir
Water-Air Intercooler
Cobra Heat Exchanger
N.O.S. wet nitrous kit
0.540" valve springs/retainers

Sct Live wire With Vmptuning dyno tunes (93oct, 110oct, nitrous tune)
Windstar intake manifold
39/42lb injectors
310lph Focus Fuel Pump

i haven't installed the sway bar yet, though it should fit no problem since the rear suspension from 94-04 has very few changes and none related to the sway bar.

the x-pipe was custom made. you can see the layout here:

eh just make more power.

it still has power seats and mach 460, thats about the only weight reduction i would consider doing at this point. I don't want tubular front suspension.

i already hit 12's with one power adder on a completely stock motor. i didn't buy the vortech to go faster, that wasn't the point at all.

and regardless i ran 12's with 270hp, i haven't even seen your car go to the track, that was my contention then, and is now. Maybe if i was all about street racing things would be different, maybe i would respect what you have done.....maybe.

as far as i am concerned, all of this bullshit with you started with alex when you started talking shit to him, which led to you talking shit to me, which has dictated my responses to you in the present.

If you noticed in any of my vids it was never about the other car or what someone else has it was about me racing myself. I don't care to bench race, i don't care to street race, and i don't particularly care for you nor your opinions.

back on topic.

Nice build, I would like to see it run when you finish up. Are you planning to take it to the v6 challenge?

I have been really busy with family stuff lately so i haven't had much chance to do anything with the car other than drive it, but i did finally order the modified a/c line from vortech, its just starting to get hot down here so better now than later.

I also sold the nitrous kit, since i only intended to use it as an intercooler, and now with the water to air i am working on it wouldn't be worth having. But as stated before i haven't had much time to mess with the car so i haven't gotten very far unfortunately.

I would like to know the intake temps with the new intercooler when you get everything finished.
Also when you had it tuned what were the intake temps, how much timing, and with what oct fuel?
